Milan, May 08, 2023 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported Montefiore Investment in the acquisition of a majority stake in Exa Group, this the first transaction carried out in Italy by the French investment fund.

Montefiore Investment, a private equity company, specialising in investments in SME announces the acquisition of a majority stake in EXA Group, an Italian leading general contractor in the luxury retail and hospitality sectors. Montefiore Investment takes over the asset from the private equity Alcedo Sgr and joins the founders reinvesting in the Group. This transaction is the first carried out in Italy by Montefiore, who, since last September, have an office in Milan counting on seven professionals entirely dedicated to the local Italian market.

Founded in 2005, EXA has gradually established itself in Italy and internationally as a leader in project management for luxury brands for all their real estate projects: flagship stores, hotels, offices and showrooms. With about 250 employees, the Group has offices in three continents and supports more than one hundred clients worldwide, particularly in Italy, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.
