Eugenio Rossetti joins New Deal Advisors as Senior Advisor for Debt & Restructuring

Milan, October 16 2024 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, announces the appointment of Eugenio Rossetti as Senior Advisor for Debt & Restructuring.

Eugenio, who has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, having held senior roles at Istituto Mobiliare Italiano, Sanpaolo IMI and Intesa Sanpaolo, where he served as Chief Lending Officer and Chairman of the Credit Committee from 2008 to 2017. Eugenio has a deep knowledge of the main Italian industrial sectors, as well as in-depth experience in the corporate financing process.

Eugenio has been a director of Tinexta since 2018, and of Banco BPM since 2020. In both companies he is also Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. In addition, since 2024 he has been Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Azimut Group‘s private debt fund.
