Milan, July 16 2024 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has assisted, with the support of OC&C – Strategy Consultants, the Biokimica Group, in the preparation of an ‘Independent Business Review’ related to new financing granted by Azimut Private Debt Capital Solutions II – ELTIF and Azimut ETIF – Private Debt Capital Solutions (managed under delegation by Muzinich & Co. SGR SpA), DeA Flexible Capital Fund, AMCO and Banca Ifis.

Biokimica Group of Santa Croce Sull’Arno is the Italian leader in the production and commercialisation of chemical products for the sustainable tanning industry, whose business plan envisages the consolidation of its dominant position in the historical Italian districts and the development in foreign markets, as a result of its continuous research towards innovation and sustainability in partnership with the world’s leading luxury brands. In June, Biokimica Group concluded a financing operation to raise resources for its growth and sustainability plans.

New Deal Advisors with a team led by Guido Pelissero (partner), supported by Francesco Moro, has provided Financial Due Diligence services to Biokimica Group.
