Milano, 20 novembre 2017. New Deal Advisors ha costituito una nuova divisione dedicata ai servizi Forensic e Litigation affidandone la guida ad Andrea Chiusani. Andrea Chiusani, 41 anni, Dottore commercialista e Revisore Contabile, si è unito al team di New Deal Advisors dopo aver svolto per oltre 15 anni attività di consulenza tecnica in materie contabili, amministrative, societarie e fallimentari.

Dopo aver conseguito la laurea in Economia e Commercio presso l’università “Luigi Bocconi”, ha iniziato la propria carriera professionale nel 2001 presso lo studio Chiaruttini & Associati per poi approdare in EY nel 2011 dove ha ricoperto la carica di Executive Director del dipartimento Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services.

Andrea Chiusani, in qualità di Responsabile del Forensic e Litigation di New Deal Advisors, ha l’obiettivo di sviluppare questa nuova area di business che si affianca ai servizi indipendenti ad alta specializzazione tecnica offerti dalla società a supporto di operazioni straordinarie e restructuring.

Nel dettaglio, la nuova divisione affianca studi legali e società in contenziosi di natura societaria, penale, fiscale e fallimentare, oltre che in arbitrati nazionali e internazionali, ambito in cui può far leva sulle sinergie derivanti dall’appartenenza di New Deal Advisors al network globale Eight International. Il team predispone analisi, pareri, memorie e consulenze tecniche finalizzate alla quantificazione di danni, anche nell’ambito di azioni di responsabilità, e fornisce supporto in tutte le fasi del contenzioso, da quelle preparatorie – per esempio con specifiche attività di Investigation e Compliance alla normativa anticorruzione – fino all’eventuale dibattimento.
