Milan, 15 January 2024 – New Deal Advisors, an independent firm specializing in advisory services to M&A Transactions has supported CVC Capital Partners in the acquisition of La Piadineria, a subsidiary of Permira.

Founded in Brescia in 1994, La Piadineria group todaycounts on about 400 points of sales between Italy and France, with wide-depth presence in shopping centres and historic town centres, and with a turnover expected to exceed EUR 200 million in 2023. CVC Capital Partners, is one of the largest private equity funds active internationally: it manages over 52 billion dollars of assets between Europe and Asia and in Italy has historically been one of the most active investors. This transaction is aimed at taking the company on a further growth path, to create a fast food hub.

New Deal Advisors with a team led by Antonio Ficetti Gasco (Partner), has provided Financial Due Diligence services to CVC Capital Partners.
