Milan, July 11, 2023 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported Funecap Funeral Service, a sub holding company of Altair Funecap dedicated to funeral services, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Centro Funerario Bergamasco.

Centro Funerario Bergamasco (CFB) is the leading funeral company operating in the Province of Bergamo, thanks to more than 1,400 services organized each year, and owns several newly built funeral homes in the City of Bergamo and neighbouring municipalities.

Altair Funecap, the first pan-European Group in the field of funeral services and infrastructure, counts on 80 thousand funeral services per year offered through a network of 750 agencies, 200 thousand funeral benefit contracts signed, 200 thousand cremations/year delivered through more than 100 crematoriums, more than 300 funeral homes and several companies supplying related goods and services.

CFB is one of the many strategic partnerships through which Altair Funecap Group has initiated during the last year a major consolidation of the funeral sector in main Italian cities. Funecap Group is currently in advanced discussions with more than 50 targets in Italy, these cumulating more than ten thousand funeral services delivered per year on a combined basis.

New Deal Advisors with a team led by Antonio Ficetti Gasco (Partner), has provided financial Due Diligence Services to Funecap Funeral.
