New Deal Advisors supports Impresoft Group in the acquisition of Hiteco

Milan, 18 November, 2022 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, supported Impresoft Group in the acquisition of Hiteco.

Founded in 1987, Hiteco is a primary player active in the Information Technology sector, with operating offices in Italy and abroad and an established network of qualified professionals and consolidated partnerships. Hiteco offering covers private companies to public bodies with highly innovative solutions and tools, capable of capitalizing on their information and generating value in each of their sectors.

The transaction with Hiteco represents the second strategic acquisition announced by Impresoft Group following the entry of Hourglass Private Equity fund last April and is in line with its M&A strategy. The group is reporting organic growth of more than 10 percent in 2022 with a projection of revenues above 100 million euros for the current fiscal year, excluding the contribution of acquisitions.
