Milan, June 22, 2023 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported Impresoft Group, part of Clessidra Capital Partners 4 fund managed by Clessidra Private Equity SGR, in the acquisition of QiNet Group from the fund Metrika Tech.

QiNet Group is a company of reference for medium and large Italian companies for the design and management of IT security that, starting from the network, protects customers’ data and performance.

With this acquisition Impresoft Group, Italian leader in software design, production and implementation, enriches its offering with new skills and services in the design and implementation of advanced solutions, integrating security and consulting systems and technologies.

New Deal Advisors with a team led by Lorenzo Lavini (Partner), has provided Financial Due Diligence services to Impresoft Group.
