New Deal Advisors supports Lifenet Healthcare in acquisition of Cab Polidiagnostico

Milan, Sept. 13, 2023 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported Lifenet Healthcare in the acquisition of a 40 percent stake in Cab Polidiagnostico gruppo brianzolo founded and led by Paolo Godina.

Lifenet Healthcare currently has 10 healthcare facilities and is present in Piedmont, Emilia- Romagna, Lazio and Lombardy with Centro Medico Visconti di Modrone in Milan and Eyecare Clinic eye clinics in Brescia, Modena and Milan.

CAB Polidiagnostico, founded in 1976 by the Godina family, has been a reference center for private health care throughout the Brianza area for more than 40 years, offering a 360-degree service of specialist examinations and diagnostic tests. The reality of Cab Polidiagnostico today counts more than 400 physicians covering more than 50 specializations and 150 employees, distributed in 7 polydiagnostic centers and 20 sampling points in the provinces of Lecco, Como and Monza and Brianza.

New Deal Advisors with a team led by Mara Caverni (Managing Partner), has provided Financial Due Diligence services to Lifenet Healthcare.
