New Deal Advisors supports Scrigno Group in the acquisition of Rintal
Milan, June 26 2024 – New Deal Advisors, an independent firm specializing in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported Scrigno Group, controlled since 2021 by the Mid-Market Fund of PAI Partners, in the acquisition of Rintal.
Scrigno Group, based in Emilia Romagna and specialised in the production of door and window frames, with this transaction creates a new industrial group with a consolidated turnover of over 130 million euros. The current ownership of Rintal, a historic Forlì-based company specialising in the production of high-quality interior and exterior staircases, will continue to participate as a minority shareholder, guaranteeing continuity in the company’s development. Thanks to the acquisitions of Master in 2017 and CCE in 2019, Scrigno has expanded its activities and now operates through three divisions: retractable doors, security doors and automatic seals for doors and windows. More than 50% of its products are exported to over 30 countries, with subsidiaries in France, Spain and the Czech Republic. Since November 2021, Scrigno has continued its expansion within the portfolio of PAI Partners MMF, a private equity firm that invests in mid-market companies across Europe.
New Deal Advisors with a team led by Antonio Ficetti Gasco and Guido Pelissero (Partners) has provided buy side Financial Due Diligence services to Scrigno Group.
