Milan, Dec 13 2023 – New Deal Advisors, an independent firm specializing in advisory services to M&A Transactions has supported Fondo Italiano D’Investimento in joining Rina.

The deal involves a capital injection of up to €180 million in the form of equity and a share split in which Registro Italiano Navale will retain a majority stake, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, together with a pool of co-investors, take over a minority stake of up to 33 percent, and the company’s management to participate in the share capital with about 3.5 percent. Co-investors include Banor, an independent Italian wealth and asset management company, and Arca Space Capital, a private equity fund promoted by Arca Fondi SGR in partnership with Space Capital Advisors.
