Milan, Dec 11, 2023 – New Deal Advisors, an independent firm specializing in advisory services to M&A Transactions has supported Impresoft in the acquisition of Brain System.

Impresoft, a subsidiary of Clessidra Private Equity SGR, announces the acquisition of Brain System, a company active since 1997 in the implementation of SAP solutions in the ERP arena. With this transaction, Impresoft continues its path of developing its SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud offerings, enhancing its value proposition by adding another important piece to the UniQa offering and demonstrating its continued willingness to offer support and advice in the selection and implementation of the best applications and technology.

Brain System primarily targets small and medium-sized enterprises by supporting their growth path through integrated information and business process management and by providing its portfolio of skills, services, technology and software.

New Deal Advisors with a team led by Lorenzo Lavini (Partner), has provided Financial Due Diligence services to Impresoft.
